To verify your account on hokiarena, we require your full legal name, date of birth, and two pieces of government-issued identification. The first is a photo ID such as a passport, national ID card, or driver's licence. The second is proof of address, which can be a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months. If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, the address document must match the region listed in your account. Upload clear, legible scans or photos of both documents through the app. Verification typically completes within one business day. If your documents are rejected, we will explain why and ask you to resubmit.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address or username. We will send you a password reset link to your registered email within a few minutes.
